Teen Read Week
Teen Read Week is a national literacy initiative aimed at teens, their parents, librarians, educators, booksellers and other concerned adults. It began in 1998 and has been celebrated the third week in October each year ever since.
YALSA
The mission of the Young Adult Library Services Association is to advocate,
promote and strengthen service to young adults as part of the continuum of total
library service, and to support those who provide service to this population.
